HELP CALIFORNIA is a compassionate initiative driven by the mission to rebuild lives and communities devastated by the recent fire hazard in California. Spearheaded by Restoration Alliance, we are a collective of individuals, organizations, and volunteers united by a single goal: to bring hope and healing to those affected by this unprecedented disaster..
Why We Started
The fires in Los Angeles and other parts of California didn’t just destroy buildings—they took homes, businesses, memories, and hope. Recognizing the urgent need for action, HELP CALIFORNIA was created to bridge the gap between disaster and recovery, ensuring that no one faces this journey alone.
Alliance, we collaborate with global organizations such as UNICEF, and other reputable humanitarian partners, ensuring that every effort is impactful, transparent, and community-focused.
More than 34,000 homes and businesses in Los Angeles are now without power, according to the outage monitoring website Poweroutage.us. The latest data show roughly 18,400 Southern California Edison customers remain without power, along with around 16,100 Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) customers. Last night LADWP posted on X that it had already restored power to more than 355,000 customers since the start of the disaster.
